In September of last year, the SPU Faculty Council filed a complaint with SPU’s accreditor, the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU), “regarding a pattern of actions by the Board of Trustees” which Faculty Council claimed “constitute[d] non-compliance with several standards” for SPU’s accreditation.
